Lets introduce you to the self-assessment process we use with seekers who come to our workshops all over the world. It is vitally important that you take this self-assessment before beginning the daily practice. Only by taking the self-assessment will you see the shifts you will make physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. We must know how we are today. Only then will we know how we have grown. Record your results for each of the following categories. Remember to complete the other ones, which are mentioned in the book. It is vital to recognize your growth and to feel pride in it.
Self Assessment - Strength & Stability (Option 1)
Taking this assessment at one of our workshops requires two people. If you cannot find someone to help, you can test your strength and stability in other means. You will it find it below on this page.
If you are able to find an assistant for this self-assessment, stand erect and hold out your arms in front of you at shoulder level. Place your hands one over the other. You are not allowed to bend your wrists or elbows. Do not put your body weight back or front while doing this assessment. The only movement will be from the shoulder. Have your assistant push up against your arms as you resist the force.

Lacking Strength & Stability
Your arms and hands will rise as your assistant does this. If you are very stable, you will be able to stand tall even as the hands and arms are pushed up. Notice the point at which you lose balance while the assistant pushes. The angle of your arms at the point when you lose balance is what you must note. Are your arms at 10 degrees when you lose balance? Twenty? The assistant should only be pushing up vertically, and not against you in any way.
Take note of the degree of your arms at the point when you lose balance. That is your baseline of 100.

Self Assessment - Strength & Stability (Option 2)
Alternatively, you can test your strength on your own using a Hand Dynamometer. Here is an image sourced from Amazon, click on it if you would like to purchase it. Also, provided is a YouTube video showing you how to use it..
As for stability, you could also do the following yoga posture and see how long you can hold it for without losing balance. As soon as 1 toe is off the ground you have lost stability.
Self Assessment - Flexibility
Stand erect with your feet together and spread out your arms to the side like airplane wings. Now, without moving your feet, rotate as much to the right side as you can, keeping both arms fixed straight across. See how far you can reach back. How many degrees are you able to twist? Are your arms at 90 degrees from your starting position? We have seen that as an average at our workshops. If you are very flexible, your range might be 100 or 120 degrees. Sometimes people even stretch 140 degrees.
First Position
However far you are able to stretch, note the degrees. Then perform the same test on the left side, and note the degrees there.
As you are twisting and stretching, you may feel a strain in your waist, neck, or shoulder. Note any strain you feel.

Flexibility Assessment
Self Assessment - Performance
Choose a physical activity. We recommend climbing stairs, or sitting and then standing in a chair as many times as possible or squats as illustrated below.
Squats Side
Squats Front
How many times are you able to climb the flight of stairs, or squatting before needing a rest? How breathless are you? How does your body respond to the exertion? Note how many times you are able to perform the activity and the effects. This is your baseline of 100.
Reassessment - Strength & Stability
Have you completed the exercise completely? If yes, then please do all your reassessments. The video below depicts one example of the shift, which all students have experienced till date.

Below are images of scans done for a client using Sensitive Imago. The left side was done in September 2013 and the right side was done in July 2016. Look at the scale on the right hand side to understand how the client has improved in 3 years.
This client has been suffering from severe allergies to nuts and dust resulting in asthmatic symptoms such as constriction in the lungs, breathing difficulty, wheezing and so on. The other problems include severe back injury, frequent colds, coughs and dermatitis. The client has been following exercises taught by Dr.Ramesh along with a complete food change taught in Balanced Life Solutions and has seen a significant improvement in all aspects and as seen in the image.
